I like to read books because I like to read about someone who feels like I do and I learn from then and I also wish I could be people from books I read. I have days where I pretend to be them :p :blushes: Cos they are soo cool and they do so much and when tehy fuck things up they find ways to make it better.

Yeah, I read books to escape from reality, and because reading is kind of intimate I feel really close to the characters. I also love reading because I learn a lot from it, even if it's fiction, there is a lot of interesting facts in them that almost always come up later in life. :)

when i read a book i am searching for answers
maybe some kind of similitude with the characther
so that it can help me sore things out like
problems or sometimes, when i read a book i am just
trying to scape from reality, to think that i am not
standing exactly where i am, but it always depends
on the story =P

I love books, and I like reading. But, in truth, I think I love books more than I love reading: reading them is just something I feel obligated to do for them. But, I also read them for the satisfied feeling I get when I finish a trully great book.

when I pick a book (old ones specially) I'm always looking for some hand written note from the last owner or something like that, it just drives me nuts. that's why I like second hand books :D

and well, if we talk about the story and the book itself, I like to find things I didn't know before or things that I would never think about, something new and exciting as well as nurturing

I love to read books because I get to ecsape from Earth for a while. I almost hate reality, there's too much violence, and people these days are only interested in material objects and power. It makes me sick to watch my little sister count her presents and announce to everyone she has the most.

I think I chew through four to six books a week. :/

Contentwise, I love fantasy. It's gotta be my favorite genre. There's nothing you can't do in a fantasy book. My favorite ones are the ones with tonnes of magic in them.

Ah yes, I forgot one of my favorite sayings: "The book is like a portal to anothe world." You might get stuck in it if you close it too soon! :D lol I always do.

Usually, when I read a book, I want to relax my mind from the pressure in general, like in school, or my obligations with my family etc. so for me it doesn't really matter the story of the book, I'm just reading it because I want to escape from reality :3
